Product Information
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, colours, and details are displayed as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting conditions.
Many Ruiha Studios products feature woven detailing and are crafted using high-quality vegan leather materials. Due to the nature of the manufacturing process, slight variations in colour, texture, weave pattern, stitching, hardware finish, and overall appearance may occur.
These variations are not considered defects and form part of the unique character of each product.
Product Care
Our handbags are designed for everyday use. To maintain the shape and integrity of the woven structure and straps, we recommend carrying no more than 5kg of weight.
Damage resulting from excessive weight, misuse, improper care, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Prices may change without notice. The price payable for your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, stock discrepancies, suspected fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.

Ruiha Studios currently ships within New Zealand only.
