Shipping Locations
Ruiha Studios currently ships within New Zealand only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Please note that processing times may be longer during product launches, promotional periods, public holidays, or peak shopping seasons.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Estimates
North Island: 1–3 business days
South Island: 2–5 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
From time to time, Ruiha Studios may offer free shipping promotions, which will be subject to their own terms and conditions.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Delays
While we work closely with our courier partners, Ruiha Studios is not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather events, public holidays, natural disasters, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the parcel can be resent.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and product.
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with the courier provider to investigate.
