Returns Policy
At Ruiha Studios, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns provided the item meets the return requirements outlined above.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ruiha Studios is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items, gift cards, and personalised or custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Where required under New Zealand consumer law, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
Consumer Guarantees Act
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation.
